Reminder: next month our Annual General Meeting is; please join us on Tuesday, 28th May.

Before that, we will hold a Special General Meeting focusing on changes to the Club Constitution. At this meeting, we would achieve the following:

1. Approve the amended Otago Motorcycle Club Constitution 2024 in line with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 requirements and

2. The approved Otago Motorcycle Club Constitution 2024 will be notified to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies in the form and manner specified in the Act for registration and

3. The approved Otago Motorcycle Club Constitution 2024 shall take effect from the registration date.
